Contractor shall provide all materials, labor, tools, equipment and supervision to accomplish tasks described in the contract documents. Proposals shall be submitted on the SF 1442 (attached), please provide a cost breakdown. Lump sum proposals will not be accepted and will be considered non-responsive. Work shall include but is not limited to: SEE ATTACHED REVISED SCOPE OF WORK DATED JANUARY 29, 2020. This procurement will be set-aside for Total Small Business concerns. The estimated project magnitude is less than $25,000. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code applicable to this requirement is, 236220 -- Commercial and Institutional Building Construction with a Small Business Administration size standard of $ 36.5 Million. The Period of Performance for this project is 90 calendar days. This project is to be awarded as a firm fixed price contract. The procurement method will be a competitive Request for Proposal (RFP). Award will be made to a firm offering the best value to the Government utilizing the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) source selection procedures. The Request for Proposal offer due date is July 13, 2020 at 4:00 p.m. Eastern Time. A Pre/Bid Site -Visit due date is schedule for Monday, June 29, 2020 at 10:00 a.m., AUTEC Building, 801 Clematis Street, West Palm Beach, FL 33401.
