The services anticipated to be provided under the potential procurement shall be on a daily basis; i.e., 7 days a week. The Contractor will be responsible for providing management, supervision, labor, materials, supplies and equipment, and shall plan, schedule, coordinate and assure effective performance of all custodial related services for the following locations: TSA, Fort Myers Airport (FL3134ZZ), 11000 Terminal Access Dr, Ft. Myers, FL 33913 (Approximately 9,320 sqft) TSA, Sarasota Airport (FL3051ZZ), 6000 Airport Circle, Sarasota, FL 34243 (Approximately 3,806 sqft) The anticipated award will be a base year contract with four, one-year options, for a potential total of five years.
