The General Services Administration (GSA) Southeast Sunbelt Region 4 announces the opportunity for a Request for Proposal under NAICS code 238220. The intent of this project is to upgrade the existing HVAC cooling tower at the Hollings Judicial Center, 83 Meeting Street, Charleston, SC to improve tower performance. Tower is EVAPCO Model AT8-212B. Serial number is 985894M. This procurement will be set-aside for Total Small Business. The estimated project magnitude is between $25,000 and $100,000. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) The Period of Performance for this project is 60 calendar days. This project is to be awarded as a firm fixed price contract. The procurement method will be a competitive Request for Proposal (RFP). Award will be made to a firm offering the best value to the Government utilizing the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) source selection procedures.. A site -visit and the offer due date will be stated in the solicitation. The solicitation and all other information, amendments and questions concerning the forthcoming solicitation will be electronically posted at the following web page: http://www.fbo.gov. No telephone requests for docs will be accepted. This solicitation is not a sealed bid and there will not be a formal public bid opening.
