The General Services Administration, Public Buildings Service, Southeast Sunbelt Region 4, Acquisition Management Division is conducting a market survey and is seeking qualified sources to provide Project Facilitator services for twelve (12) federal buildings for the Georgia UESC project. The period of performance shall be until May 31, 2024. Additional specifications for these services are listed in the attached Statement of Work dated February 11, 2021. Companies, who have the necessary experience in project facilitation for UESC projects, as well as an interest in this project, should submit a statement of capabilities, which is not a proposal, but rather a short statement regarding the firm’s expertise and experience in project facilitation for UESC projects or projects similar in scope to the one described in this notice. Company submissions shall include a statement regarding their ability to have or obtain Federal HSPD-12 identification at the time of award. Please limit submissions to 3 pages. Firms should indicate eligibility for Small Business Association (SBA) programs and whether they are a Small Business, Small Disadvantaged Business, Women-Owned Small Business, SBA-certified HUBZone, SBA-certified 8(a), or Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business. Please indicate if you have a GSA Federal Schedule Contract for the requested services. Statement of capabilities must be submitted no later than 1:00 PM, ET on March 16, 2021 to randv.bell@qsa.gov and Kimberlv.carson@qsa.gov.
