The General Services Administration (GSA) Public Buildings Service (PBS) is seeking interested Small Business Entities to Replace the Fire Suppression Alarm System in the Peachtree Summit Federal Building located at 401 West Peachtree in Downtown Atlanta, GA 30308. The Peachtree Summit Federal Building is an occupied Federal Buidling with Federal Clients on 29 floors. The Fire Suppression system is being updated and GSA is seking qualified Business Entites to replace the Alarm System on all floors of this building. The interested entity should have a bonding Capacity of $5,000,000.00. Please include a surety letter in your response to this Sources Sought. The interested entity should have previous experience working on Fire Suppression Systems totaling $3,000,000.00 in the past five years. Please provide all Fire Suppression Installation Certifications. This is not an actual procurement but for information puroposes only. The actual Solicitation Notice will follow 60 to 90 days later.
