This procurement will be a 100 percent Small Business set-aside for ServiceDisabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Entities. The North American Industry ClassificationSystem Code(s) (NAICS) for this procurement is 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction.The contract duration will be one base year with four (4) one (1) year options. The maximum ordering limitationis $8,000,000 per year—for an aggregated amount of $40,000,000 over the life of the contract. The purpose of this contract is to establish terms and conditions upon which Contractor(s) will provide repairs and alterations for Government owned and leased space in various buildings within NC & SC under task orders issued by an authorized GSA Contracting Officer. (1) This is a firm fixed price, Multiple Award, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for Construction Services to support the General Services Administration (GSA) Public Buildings Service (PBS).Construction Services consist of interior and exterior building construction, and repair and alterations, including but not limited to electrical, carpentry, masonry, plumbing, mechanical, architectural, landscaping, storm drainage, exterior renovations, and construction or demolition services. Also included, but not limited to, earthwork, pavement repair, construction and other miscellaneous civil work. (2) This Multiple Award IDIQ shall only be for projects/programs managed and/or contracted throughthe GSA PBS Region 04 Project Delivery Office (GC) Contracts for the states of North Carolina (NC) and South Carolina (SC).

The General Services Administration (GSA) Public Buildings Service (PBS) Region 04 (Southeastern Sunbelt Region) has a need for Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) General Construction Contractors for various repairs and alterations to Government owned and leased facilities in the states of North Carolina and South Carolina. This contract could also contain new construction as required by the General Services Administration to meet requirements of the Public Buildings Service. The contractual requirements of the project include, and are not limited to providing the management, administrative, professional, and technical services necessary to deliver the requested work. The General Construction Contractor will be responsible for renovations, preparation of contract drawings and specifications sealed by registered professions for design- build purposes within their areas of expertise and the construction thereof; general construction services including wall partition construction, modification and alteration of floor and wall mounted telephones, signal, and power outlets to be included in the modification of associated conduit, surface mounted raceway and various under floor duct systems; installation of new and alteration of existing power panels; carpet and carpet tile installation; painting; HVAC duct work modification and repair; door, door frame, and door set hardware installation; installation of various wall coverings and draperies; communications cabling; grid ceiling and lighting installation of modification; modification of existing building fire sprinkler systems; and other such related work which would be outlined in task orders and job drawings; provide design and/or construction related to architectural, structural, civil geotechnical, mechanical, and electrical engineering; hazardous material identification, abatement and monitoring; landscape architecture; elevator, and security planning/design; interior design; life safety/fire-protection; historic preservation requirements; and the checking of shop drawings/materials. The oder of Magnatude for this Contract is between $5Million and $10Million with 4 option years of the same value. GSA Anticapates awarding up to 5 contracts.
