This will be a firm-fixed price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. It will contain one base year with 4 one-year options. The services required are custodial services, grounds maintenance, waste removal, recycling. and high point touch cleaning in all locations. This will be awarded to the incumbent, Goodwill Industries of the Coastal Empire, Inc, a participant in the Ability One program.
