The General Services Administration (GSA) intends to award a a General Contractor (GC) contract for the construct of a secured work space in the Peachtree Summit Federal Building Atlanta, GA pursuant to the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Source Selection Process and Techniques (FAR Subpart 15.1). The contract will be a firm fixed price contract. This project will utlizie the General Contractor (GC) delivery method, with the GC contract procured by competitive neogitation using a trade off selection procedure (FAR Subpart 15.101-1). A single GC contract will be issued for all construction/renovation work. The solicitation is prepared in accordance with FAR Part 15 which includes the following evaluation factors, developed in accordance with FAR 15.304. The solicitation requires submission of technical and price proposals, which are evaluated seperately. This is a total small business set aside The solictiation is released with this notice.
