This design shall include, but not limited to all surveys, research, presentations, contract drawings, specifications, calculations and cost estimates necessary to complete this project. The Contractor shall fulfill the requirements necessary for the removal and disposal of the existing 10,000 gallon UST and the installation of a new double-walled, fiberglass tank(s) with overfill prevention, spill protection and fuel delivery system. Contractor will also install an appropriate fire protection system surrounding the tank(s) to ensure NFPA standards are met. Contractor shall provide all materials, equipment, tools, transportation, permits, disposal, construction documents and shop drawings (as required) to successfully complete the project. Also, the contractor shall provide the coordination, labor, and qualified licensed supervision and insurance necessary to successfully complete the project. The work shall be designed and constructed in full compliance with the Georgia Environmental Protection Division (EPD) requirements, contract documents, scope of work document, specifications, and drawings, as well as, current national codes, regulations, and applicable trade standards, and GSA.
