The intent of this project is to supply material and labor to demolish and remove steel stairs at the rear entry of the Newnan County Courthouse. All work should be coordinated and commence during Regular Business Hours, unless GSA directs you otherwise. Due diligence should be taken to protect the existing property and facilities of the Newnan County Courthouse. Care should be taken to protect all other non-affected work areas. Work site shall be kept clean and neat at all times. The contractor is expected to be sufficiently knowledgeable in this type of work and to complete the scope of work in a manner that will result in a complete and functional end product for the agency. It’s the contractors’ responsibility to visit the site and to include in there scope of work and or pricing, all necessary surveys, testing reports and or whatever is needed for a complete and finished product for the agency and or end user of the building . Work must meet all applicable codes, building standards, manufacturer’s requirements, and standards of workmanship.
