GSA Region 3- Full Service Architectural and Engineering Services IDIQ
The U.S. General Services Administration requires Architectural and Engineering services on an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity basis, with four separate firm-fixed-price contracts to be awarded. The contracts are aligned geographically for work in Pennsylvania, West Virginia, the Philadelphia metro area, Delaware, southern New Jersey, the Carolinas, Virginia, and Maryland, with three as total small-business set-asides and one as a woman-owned small business set-aside. Individual task orders may range from $2,000 to $500,000, with a minimum contract guarantee of $2,000 and a maximum order limitation of $15,000,000 per contract. The period of performance is one base year plus up to four one-year option periods. The scope involves full design services for repair, alteration, and modernization of federal facilities, many of which are historically significant, with projects generally up to $5 million in construction cost.
