The GSA is seeking a highly qualified Small Business Contractor to perform Building Operations and Complete Facilities Maintenance (buildings and all property infrastructures) at the following Upstate New York locations: Champlain LPOE, (10 Buildings), 237 W. Service Road, Champlain, NY 12919 (approximately 204,529 GSF plus lift station, sewer main and roads / roadway infrastructure on 115 acres of land) Massena LPOE (4 buildings), 30 International Bridge Road, Rooseveltown, NY 13683 (approximately 95,307 GSF plus roads and roadway infrastructure on 45 acres of land) Rouses Point LPOE, 19 St. johns Highway, Rouses Point, NY 12979 (approximately 19,590GSF) Overtons LPOE, 427 NYS Route 276, Champlain, NY 12919 (approximately 10,060 GSF) Mooers LPOE, 1511 Hemmingford Road, Mooers, NY 12958 (approximately 5,664 GSF) Chateaugay LPOE (2 buildings), 973 County Route 52, Chateaugay, NY 12920 (approximately 9,439 GSF) Trout River LPOE, 17013 State Route 30, Constable, NY, 12926 (approximately 9,118 GSF) Fort Covington LPOE, 183 Dundee Road, Fort Covington, NY 12937 (6,391 GSF plus concrete dock, floating dock and sidewalks) The contractor will be required to provide management, supervision, labor, materials, equipment, and supplies necessary to perform the services required in the statement of work for the contract. This work will be performed under a Performance Work Statement: (PWS) Integrating a Systems Thinking approach, for Facilities Management, Mechanical Maintenance Services, for multiple federal buildings located in Upstate New York, as noted above. The contractor will act as partner to the General Services Administration (GSA) and be expected to offer solutions and decisions that are in the best interest of the Government and taxpayer in the management and performance of complete facility management, operations, maintenance, inspection, and repair of all mechanical systems in all facilities covered under the scope of this contract. The contractor will be required to employ an active, effective Quality Control Program ensuring all services performed are of the highest quality standards and that any defects in workmanship or performance are corrected before any service delivery issues arise.
