Solicitation for the Hanley 4th Floor Restroom and Lobby Renovation 47PC1120R0007 Open to Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business ONLY James M. Hanley Federal Building,100 S. Clinton Street,,Syracuse, NY 13261 Proposals due April 6, 2020 by 4:30 pm (EST) Summary of project: The General Services Administration, Region 2, Public Buildings Services, is seeking contractors to furnish all materials, equipment, labor, and supervision to perform all work described by the contract documents including drawings and specifications for the “Restroom and Lobby Renovation 4th floor”. The total space including additional option to be renovated is approximately 1139 Sq. Ft. The renovated space will include practical elements to support the work function of the Social Security Administration. These elements include, but are not limited to: restroom, secure hallway and elevator lobby. Base interior work shall include, but is not limited to, new walls, doors, casework, woodwork, flooring, plumbing, electrical, fire protection and mechanical work. This procurement is being issued as a competitive Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business set-aside in accordance with the requirements outlined under FAR Part 19.14 and in accordance with FAR subpart 5.2. The solicitation will result in a firm fixed priced construction contract awarded to a contractor that will be chosen competitively utilizing source selection procedures as outlined in FAR Part 15, using Lowest Price Technically Acceptable procedures.
