The attachments also include an asbestos report addressed in the questions. Question and Answer 2 has been posted in the attachments. The due date is being extended until 1/14/2020 at 4pm eastern. Please contact Erin Bishop for additional details. erin.bishop@gsa.gov The General Services Administration, Region 2, Public Buildings Services, is seeking contractors furnish all materials, equipment, labor, and supervision to perform all work described by the contract documents including drawings and specifications for the “Keating 4th Floor US Trustees Relocation Project”. The total space to be renovated is approximately 2,700 Sq. Ft. The renovated space will include practical elements to support the work function of the US Trustees. These elements include, but are not limited to: reception, workstations, enclosed o?ices, storage, mail room, break room, and conference room with associated / miscellaneous circulation space. Base interior work shall include, but is not limited to, hazardous material abatement, new walls, doors, casework, woodwork, flooring, plumbing, electrical, fire protection and mechanical work. Additionally technology, data and security infrastructure work will be required. Located at the Kenneth B. Keating Federal Building and U.S. Courthouse located at100 State Street, Rochester, New York. This project was designed by N.K. Bhandari Architecture & Engineering P.C. of Syracuse, New York. In accordance with FAR 15.3, award will be made as a firm fixed price construction contract to a responsible bidder whose proposal, conforms to the RFP, will be most advantageous to the Government, considering price and the technical factors included in the RFP. The magnitude of this construction project is estimated between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The appropriate NAICS Code is 236220, with a size standard of $38.5 million dollars. Performance and payment bonds will be required following award pursuant to the Miller Act. A bid guarantee is also required.The procurement is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. Offers from other than small business concerns will not be considered by the agency. The required construction completion date is approximately two hundred-ten (192) calendar days commencing one day after Notice to Proceed. The tentative solicitation release date is no earlier than 15 days a?er posting of this notice in FedBizOpps. The procurement is subject to FAR 52.232-18 Availability of Funds (APR 1984). All potential offerors must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM). All prospective offerors are required to have completed the Representations and Certifications in SAM.
