Contractors must sign the SF30 associated with the amendment and include it within your contract proposal for full consideration. __________________________________________________________________________ This is a solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The General Services Administration (GSA) Public Building Service (PBS) has a need to procure Snow Removal Services for the Northern Border Property Management Office for the Land Ports of Entry (LPOEs) in Clinton County, New York. There is a bona fide need for these services for our tenants (CBP, USDA, FDA etc.) to maintain 24/7/365 operations and to maintain minimum state and federal regulatory requirements. The Contractor will be required to provide management, supervision, labor, materials, equipment and supplies and shall be responsible for the efficient, effective, economical and satisfactory snow removal operations at four GSA owned LPOEs - Champlain, Mooers, Overtons and Rouses Point, which consist of over 49 acres of asphalt and concrete needing to be cleared of Ice and Snow. The major tenant, U.S. Customs Border Protection, operates 24/7/356 and this is required to support their mission and therefore it is critical for GSA to provide full time dedicated snow removal services. This requirement will be procured under Full and Open Competition. This is a total small business setaside, using FAR Part 19.5. The Government anticipates awarding a stand-alone contract for snow removal at the locations listed above. The contractor shall furnish and have immediately available all required labor, supervision, equipment, supplies, and materials needed to perform as required by this Contract. All Contract locations operate 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, including Federal holidays. The contract performance period is as follows: Base Year: October 1, 2024 – May 30, 2025 Option Year 1: October 1, 2025 – May 30, 2026 Option Year 2: October 1, 2026 – May 30, 2027 Option Year 3: October 1, 2027 – May 30, 2028 Option Year 4: October 1, 2028 – May 30, 2029 A site visit will be held on Tuesday, June 25, 2024 at 10:00 am in the following order: Meeting at the Champlain LPOE, Main Building, 237 W. Service Road, Champlain, NY 12919 on the second floor.
