The General Services Administration (GSA), Public Buildings Service, Region 2 requires a general contractor for construction and upgrade of an existing chilled water plant at the Jacob K. Javits Federal Building (26 Federal Plaza) with the intent of improving thermal comfort for its tenant, the New York Field Office (NYFO). A site visit will take place on 7-23-2024 at 9:00 AM EST. Please email your request to attend the site visit with the name of the firm and number of people attending to joseph.spado@gsa.gov. A pricing sheet will is included in this solicitation and will require it to be filled out completely.
