The space is approximately 16,690 square-feet. UPDATE: The second attachment is Amendment 1 of this solicitation. It shows that Requests for Information (RFI) are due no later than October 12, 2022 by 4:30 (1630) PM EST via email to joseph.spado@gsa.gov. It also updates some parts of the "Agreement." UPDATE: The third attachment is Amendment 2 of this solcitation it gives updated guidance on the GC and GC Agreement section declaring them null and void but instead to use the one in this amendment along with updated information on said GC. The GSA, on behalf of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, is seeking Construction Services to renovate the 3rd floor of the Courthouse. The space is approximately 16,690 square-feet. The Contractor shall provide all services related to the construction of two courtroom suites (including jury space, robing room, prisoner transport, etc.), U.S. Marshals prisoner transport areas, and offices for the U.S. Trustees. The Charles L. Brieant U.S. Courthouse will remain fully occupied throughout the duration of the construction period. Using the provided construction drawings and reference materials the Contractor shall provide any and all labor, material, equipment, and professional services necessary to complete the selective demolition and construction work for this renovation/buildout project. When this soliditation is posted, it will be posted as a Total Small Business Set-Aside. This project is estimated to have a price between Between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000.
