The General Services Administration (GSA) is seeking a building enclosure consultant to identify and ensure that building envelope issues are fully discovered and disclosed; and that corrective action is comprehensive, compatible with the design and existing conditions, and effectively provides the required performance of the building. In addition, the contractor will provide on-site quality assurance services during enclosure repairs. Modification No. PS0005: The design/ build contractor submitted a revised schedule for contract/ facade completion in October 2022. Taking into consideration the WPM contract is set to expire shortly, the Government is now faced with an urgency to extend the current WPM contract by means of a modification to coincide with the Facade Schedule.
