Please refer to the attachment section of this notice for updated documents*** SOLICITATION NO. 47PC0223R0046 Solicitation Notice The General Services Administration (GSA), Northeast and Caribbean Region, Public Buildings Service is pleased to announce the issuance of a Request for Proposals (RFP) for General Construction Services for the Chiller Replacement at Jose V. Toledo U.S. Courthouse in San Juan, Puerto Rico. This Solicitation will be issued as Total Small Business Set Aside. The procurement will be competed utilizing Full and Open Competition after exclusion of sources in accordance with FAR 6.203. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code associated with this procurement is 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction and the Small Business Administration size standard of $45 million dollars in annual receipts averaged over the last three (3) completed fiscal years. Please note, a Pre-Proposal Conference will be held at the Jose V. Toledo U.S. Courthouse on Thursday December 14, 2023 at 9:00 AM (AST). A site visit is scheduled right after the Pre Proposal Conference. Registration is required for the pre-proposal conference and site visit.
