USPO and Custom House The project addresses low static pressure concerns for three zones. Work Includes: Modifying supply zones to fit in (3) new booster fans supplied by the contractor. Contractor is responsible for re-insulating the duct work affected by the modification and all new ductwork to match existing. Environment firm to clean any dust in the three zones modified for the inline fan install and test for lead to ensure its below 40 micrograms per sqft. Insulate once tested and cleaned per SOW. Commission three new inline fans. The solicitation will be released on or about 4/2/2020, with bids due date on or about 4/28/2020. A pre-bid site visit is scheduled for 4/14/2020 At 10:00 am. The period of performance is estimated to be approximately 90 calendar days from issuance of the Notice to Proceed. *To access solicitation package we require vendors to be registered in SAM.gov.
