The project will require framing a larger opening in an exterior wall (single door to double door) and framing a new opening in an existing interior wall. The work will be completed in an occupied facility, dust control measures will be required. The solicitation will be released on or about 2/4/2022, with bids due date on or about 3/7/2022. A pre-bid site visit is estimated to be scheduled for 2/17/2022 At 10:00 am. The period of performance is estimated to be approximately 180 calendar days from issuance of the Notice to Proceed.
