SYNOPSIS The Contractor is to provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision required for temporary concrete repairs at the Cleveland Federal Building. The work includes installation of a metal channel in select locations along the bottom edge of the building’s roof parapet. Additionally, metal screening is to be installed along the underside of a precast concrete ceiling/deck in a basement level storage room. The solicitation package will be posted on or about July 26, 2021. The Estimated Cost is between $25,000 and $100,000. This award is 100% reserved for small business.
