SYNOPSIS Packing and transport of murals from government storage facility in Washington, DC area to project site. Removal of acoustical wall panels and installation of gypsum veneer plaster wall substrates. Painting of existing and new gypsum veneer plaster wall substrates. Installation of framed murals onto gypsum veneer plaster wall substrates. Installation of decorative metal railings. Installation of solar control film on interior surface of exterior windows where noted on drawings. Removal of existing light fixtures and installation of new light fixtures. The solicitation package will be posted on or about July 22, 2021. The Estimated Cost is between $25,000 and $100,000. This award is 100% reserved for small business.
