SYNOPSIS This project consists of renovations to the U.S. Marshal Offices on the first floor in the Gignoux Federal Courthouse. Work associated with these improvements include but not limited to: new carpet tile, patching and repairing walls for painting. Additional, replacing the four-inch cove base and painting all metal doors and frames. The solicitation package will be posted on or about May 26, 2021. The Estimated Cost is between $100,000 and $250,000. This award is 100% reserved for small business.
