SYNOPSIS: The General Service Administration (GSA) is soliciting a project that will upgrade two separate rooms into one larger office, approximately 620 sf. located on the ground floor. The intent of this project is to remove the dividing wall which consists of 8-inch concrete block to complete one large office. An Architect & Engineering firm developed all drawings and specifications for this project. The Contractor shall provide all management, supervision, labor, materials, tools, and equipment to construct this larger office. Work consists of demolition, electrical, mechanical, fire protection, and finish work. The solicitation package will be posted on or about April 6, 2021. The Estimated Cost is between $25,000 and $100,000. This award is 100% reserved for small business.
