Hard copy submissions are not acceptable during the current COVID 19 Pandemic and no other means of transmission are acceptable. Amendment 0001 changes the site visit date to Friday, February 26, 2021 at 11:00 AM EST and the Proposal Receipt date is extended to Thursday, March 11, 2021 at 2:00 PM EST. Nothing else is changed with this amendment. SYNOPSIS: Generally the Work consists of increasing the opening in one partition wall between Reception 119 and Corridor 5 to increase line of sight on the USAO side of Reception. The Work will involv... SYNOPSIS: Generally the Work consists of increasing the opening in one partition wall between Reception 119 and Corridor 5 to increase line of sight on the USAO side of Reception. The Work will involve temporary removals and supporting of non-load bearing systems adequate to accomplish the Work in the affected area; removal of gypsum wallboard and metal drywall framing in the area indicated on the drawings; installation of new support metal framing; installation of any power, lighting, and data specified on the drawings; installation of new gypsum wallboard; refit and reuse existing ceiling systems as indicated; finish new gypsum treatments and apply primer and finish paint coats; install vinyl cove base (VCB) to match existing; install new downlighting as indicated; and install new 5/4” stained and finished solid maple hardwood cap. The solicitation package will be posted on or about January 28, 2021. The Estimated Cost is between $25,000 and $100,000. This award is 100% reserved for small business.
