Please email a copy of your proposal to lyska.benitez@gsa.gov with a cc: to kimberly.gelly@gsa.gov to be received no later than Friday, August 28, 2020 at 2:00 PM, Eastern Daylight Time. Hard copy submissions are not acceptable during the current COVID 19 Pandemic and no other means of transmission are acceptable. AM0001 is to add the site visit contact sheet, site visit minutes, RFIs, update the agreement and representations and certifications. AM0002 is to add RFI #4 and response to the solicitation. Due to the McCain Defence Act of 2019, part B of section 889, the updated agreement incorporates FAR clause 25.204-25 and the updated reps & certs incorporates FAR 25.204-24.

Synopsis: The Work consists of relocation Local Area Network (LAN) hardware from (2) existing approximately 4’ high racks, with one rack being on the first floor, and the other rack being in the basem... Synopsis: The Work consists of relocation Local Area Network (LAN) hardware from (2) existing approximately 4’ high racks, with one rack being on the first floor, and the other rack being in the basement, to a designated location on the second floor. In addition, the Work will involve the installation of new communications Cat 6 cabling for computers and phone system data use to be run in metal raceway as specified. The Work will involve removal of any old cabling to be discontinued, and minor patching of existing plaster/gypsum wall and wood trim surfaces and new finish touch-up painting to match. Specific to the designated new LAN Room the Work will include new hollow-metal door and frame, lockset, HVAC split system for space conditioning, electrical requirements for the LAN Room as specified, static dissipative flooring, and a lighting fixture. Please see the attached Synopsis for full description. Estimated Cost is between $100,000 and $250,000. The Solicitation Package will be posted on or about Thursday, August 6, 2020. This Procurement is 100% Set Aside for Small Business.
