Please email a copy of your proposal to lyska.benitez@gsa.gov with a cc: to kevin.morris@gsa.gov to be received no later than Friday, August 7, 2020 at 2:00 PM, Eastern Daylight Time. Hard copy submissions are NOT acceptable during the current COVID 19 Pandemic and no other means of transmission are acceptable. AM0001 is to add the site visit attendee list and clarifications that were made during the site visit and referenced photos. AM0002 is to include RFI 1 and the response. AM0003 is to include RFI 2, the responses, and to extend the proposal receipt date to Wednesday, August 12, 2020 at 2:00 PM.

Additionally,... SYNOPSIS Work includes complete renovation of two existing bathrooms at the Hodgdon Border Patrol Sector Headquarters including toilet, shower, cabinets and sinks to meet ABA compliance. Additionally, project includes installation of a storefront wall/door system in a 5’ corridor inside the building. This work is all part of the Base Bid of the contract. There is also an option in the contract to replace approximately 1,600 sf of existing broadloom carpet with new carpet tile and cove base. Carpet replacement includes moving of conventional and systems furniture in the trailer. The solicitation package will be posted on or about July 16, 2020. The Estimated Cost is between $100,000 and $250,000. This award is 100% reserved for small business.
