Email proposals to betty.tejada@gsa.gov and kevin.morris@gsa.gov North Troy LPOE Site Civil Repairs The General Services Administration (GSA) New England Region, North Service Center Branch is issuing this Invitation for Bids (IFB) for the contractor to provide all labor, materials, equipment and supervision for Site Civil repairs at the North Troy (742 Route 243, North Troy, VT 05859) Land Port of Entry. The contract will include, but is not limited to, exterior site civil work. Repair of a roadway with underground water seepage onto the surface. Providing an underdrain and tying into an existing drainage system as well as removal of a concrete curb area. New asphalt pavement in any areas disturbed by construction. There are Options to make repairs to a Retaining wall Drainage system, Cleaning of a Upper drainage ditch as well as providing a solution for Ice build-up around the site catch basins. Options will be awarded based on available funding. The solicitation will be released on or about 3/09/2020, with bids due date on or about 4/10/2020. A pre-bid site visit is scheduled for 3/18/2020 At 10:00 am. The period of performance is estimated to be approximately 90 calendar days from issuance of the Notice to Proceed.
