The General Services Administration (GSA) New England Region, North Service Center Branch is issuing this Invitation for Bids (IFB) for the contractor to provide all labor, materials, equipment and supervision for the construction of a secured LAN room within the Richford (705 Province Street, Richford, VT 05476) Land Port of Entry. Contract will include but is not limited to demolition of existing Tel - Data communications cabling, Relocation of existing equipment within the space, Wall Repairs, Painting, Mechanical, Electrical, Appliances, Cabinetry and Flooring. The solicitation will be released on or about 7/12/2019, with bids due on or about 8/2/2019. A pre-bid site visit is scheduled for 7/22/2019 at 10:00 am. The period of performance is estimated to be approximately 90 calendar days from issuance of the Notice to Proceed and the completion of work is anticipated to be on or about 11/12/2019.
