The project involves three distinct work areas within the WB Rudman Courthouse @ 55 Pleasant St., Concord, NH 03301 diesel fuel oil delivery system to the buildings emergency generator: 1 - make specific repairs to diesel oil storage tank piping at the Cleveland parking lot location of the 2,500 gal UST, 2 - upgrade piping components to the diesel transfer pump system within Room B018 within the Rudman basement / garage, 3 - upgrade the existing Pryco, Inc PY200UL Day Tank located in Room 5103 within the penthouse of the Rudman building. The upgraded tank and its piping system are to meet the requirements of the 2018 version of NFPA 30. The Solicitation Package will be posted on or about April 17, 2019. Estimated cost is between $25,000 and $100,000. This Procurement is 100% reserved for Small Business.
