SYNOPSIS The General Services Administration (GSA) New England Region, North Service Center Branch is issuing this Invitation for Bids (IFB) for the contractor to provide all labor, materials, equipment and supervision for the construction of a secured LAN room as well as a new Shower room, Restroom and Locker Room within the West Berkshire (7823 West Berkshire Road, West Berkshire, VT 05450) Land Port of Entry. Contract will include but is not limited to demolition of existing Tel - Data communications cabling and the installation of new Tel -Data cabling, Relocation of existing equipment racks, Wall Construction, Painting, Mechanical, Plumbing, Electrical, flooring and minor security related installations such as High security locks and camera installation. The solicitation package will be posted on or about April 11, 2019. The Estimated Cost is between $100,000 and $200,000. This award is 100% reserved for small business.
