Amendment 0001 -- Extends due date to 8/3/2023 by 3:00 PM (EST) Please note that there are no additional attachments. This amendment only changes the due date on the SAM.GOV notice. The Government has a need for appraisal services for a mineral estate consisting of approximately 133.6 net mineral acres situated between the depths of 4,800 and 10,605 feet below the ground surface. The area is considered an active oil field with multiple productive formations. GSA is seeking the Market Value (MV) of the fee simple interest of the subject (between 4,800 and 10,605 feet below the ground surface) based on its highest and best use. The appraised property does not include the surface estate or any improvements. The associated surface estate was conveyed to the City of Big Spring in the 1970s, after the base’s closure. The assignment must be performed in compliance with the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice.
