Please review all documents associated with the solicitation and amendment The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA), Public Buildings Service (PBS), Greater Southwest Region, Office of Real Property Utilization and Disposal (7PZ) is seeking to award a firm fixed price contract to provide services to organize, promote and conduct a Bidders’ Conference to support GSA’s disposal of the Federal Helium Reserve System located at 13301 Brickplant Road approximately 12 miles northwest of Amarillo in Potter County, Texas. Please review the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) and the Request for Quotation (RFQ) for submission requirements. All quotes are due to kristin.oneil@gsa.gov and clarence.pittman@gsa.gov by 3:00 PM (eastern) June 16, 2023
