The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA), Public Buildings Service (PBS), Region 1 is seeking to procure elevator inspection services from a Qualified Elevator Inspector (QEI), to perform all elevator inspection duties and other AD Hoc inspection services as noted in the Performance Work Statement. This contract pertains to the Code required semi-annual, annual, and 5-year load / tests and their respective inspections for elevators throughout the PBS New England Region. Region 1 includes Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, and Vermont. Additional inspections may be ordered against the resulting vehicle that fall outside of the inspections above. The Solicitation is 100% set-aside for small businesses. The NAICS code for this solicitation is 541350 - Building Inspection Services. The resulting contract is expected to have a total potential period of performance of five years, consisting of a base year and four optional years.
