Pre-solicitation Notice This is a pre-solicitation notice for the delivery of oil and propane fuel (“Fuel”) to multiple government locations throughout Vermont. This is not a solicitation, or a Request for Quotation and no contract will be awarded from this notice. This notice shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or ultimately award a contract, nor does it restrict the Government to a particular acquisition approach. The U.S General Services Administration (GSA), Public Buildings Service (PBS), Region 1 has an on-going requirement for the as-needed supply and delivery of oil and propane fuel (“Fuel”) to multiple government locations throughout Vermont listed below: · VT0601BP Beebe Plain - Fuel Oil · VT0601BP Beebe Plain -Propane · VT0651PD Derby Line Rt 5 - Fuel Oil l· VT0651PD Derby Line Rt 5 - Propane · VT0651PD Derby Line Rt 5 - Kerosene · VT0861PD Derby Line I-91 - Fuel Oil · VT0756BT New North Troy – Propane · VT0801BN Norton - Propane · VT0801BN Norton - Fuel Oil · VT0014ZZ Richford-Fuel Oil · VT0851BW W. Berkshire-Fuel Oil · VT0551BS Alburg Springs-Fuel Oil · VT0008ZZ E. Richford-Fuel Oil This requirement will be a total small business set aside. This will limit competition to only small businesses and will be solicited in accordance with the procedures set forth in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), FAR Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items, and FAR 13.5- Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Products and Commercial Services on or around April 14, 2025. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 457120 -- Fuel Dealers-fuel dealers. The expected contract will be a time and materials contract type. The period of performance is expected to be one year with the option to extend for six months. It is the Offeror's responsibility to monitor beta.sam.gov for release of the Solicitation (RFQ) and amendments. The RFQ will only be available electronically.
