The anticipated contract type will be Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) with a period of performance of 02/28/2025- 08/29/2025. This procurement is expected to be Competed under the Simplified Acquisition Threshold under NAICS Code 238390 - Other Building Finishing Contractors, with a corresponding size standard of $19.0 Million. Scope of Work The contractor shall provide labor, materials, and equipment necessary to replace 149 existing vertical blinds. The scope of work consist of: 1. Remove and dispose of 149 vertical blinds; 2. Prep area to receive the new blinds; and 3. Furnish and install 149 vertical blinds. A detailed Statement of Work (SOW) will be included in the forthcoming solicitation. Anticipated Solicitation Release Date The solicitation is anticipated to be released on or about February 7, 2025 via SAM.gov. Interested vendors should regularly check SAM.gov for updates. Contractor Registration All interested parties must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov at the time of proposal submission and throughout the contract period.
