O’Neill, Jr. Federal Building, 10 Causeway Street, Boston, MA 02222-1077. Work encompasses interior alterations on the 2nd floor, including partitions, ceilings, doors, interior finishes, and associated plumbing, mechanical, electrical, and fire protection work. Below floor work, as well as work outside the tenant space, may also be needed to support utility runs. The magnitude of this project is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. The NAICS code for this service is 236220 Commercial and Institution Building Construction. The Small Business Size standard is $45 MILLION. The approach to this source selection for this procurement will be in accordance to FAR part 15 and represents the best value to the government. The selection will be made in accordance with specific price and technical factors, and not necessarily the lowest price. The solicitation will require offerors to submit technical and price proposals. Offerors will be evaluated on technical capability and price, with technical quality being approximately equal to price. The solicitation will be available on or about December 8th 2023 with a site visit to follow estimated to be held in the month of December.
