This will limit competition to only small businesses and will be solicited in accordance with the procedures set forth in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), FAR Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR 13 - Simplified Procedure. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 457120 -- Fuel Dealers-fuel dealers. The award made through this RFQ will be a time and materials type contract.
