The contactor will be responsible to provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision necessary as outlined below: The U.S. Government has a requirement to replace the existing antiquated boiler system at Border Patrol Sector Headquarters in Hodgdon, ME. This procurement is a 100% Total Small Business Set-aside. The estimated price range is between $250,000 and $500,000. The NAICS Code is 238220, Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors, with a size standard of $16.5 Million. The solicitation will be released on or about December 06, 2021, with a proposal due date on or about January 04, 2022. A pre-proposal site visit is scheduled for on or about December 17, 2021. Technical documents will be available through the secure website via beta.sam.gov. Offerors are responsible for obtaining the RFP and all related documents.
