The contactor will be responsible to provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision necessary as outlined below: The U.S. Government has a requirement to install sprinklers, spray foam insulation, an officers secondary entrance, processing counter, new lights and new ceilings along with associated electrical and mechanical at the Fort Kent Land Port of Entry at Fort Kent, Maine. This procurement is a 100% Total Small Business Set-aside. The estimated price range is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The NAICS Code is 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, with a size standard of $39.5 Million. The solicitation will be released on or about December 06, 2021, with a proposal due date on or about January 04, 2022. A pre-proposal site visit is scheduled for on or about December 17, 2021. Technical documents will be available through the secure website via beta.sam.gov. Offerors are responsible for obtaining the RFP and all related documents. It is also the offeror’s responsibility to monitor the site for the release of the RFP, and amendments and any related information.
