The contactor will be responsible to provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision necessary as outlined below: The U.S. Government has a requirement to renovate Shower Rooms and Offices on the 6th Floor as well as Shower Rooms, Offices and Conference Room on the 7th Floor of lease space occupied by USAO at 100 Middle Street in Portland, ME. This procurement is a 100% Total Small Business Set-aside. The estimated price range is between $250,000 and $500,000. The NAICS Code is 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, with a size standard of $39.5 Million. The solicitation will be released on or about November 17, 2021, with a proposal due date on or about December 20, 2021. A pre-proposal site visit is scheduled for on or about December 03, 2021. Technical documents will be available through the secure website via beta.sam.gov. Offerors are responsible for obtaining the RFP and all related documents. It is also the offeror’s responsibility to monitor the site for the release of the RFP, and amendments and any related information.
