The General Services Administration (GSA) has a requirement for Lab Analysis Testing Services to meet the needs of GSA's Region 1 Public Buildings Service. The purchase order will be a firm fixed contract type that will allow GSA to request the Contractor perform various lab analyses. The following is a list of tests and testing requirements that the Contractor will be requested to perform during the performance of the contract. Lead in Air: Method NIOSH 7082 Lead wipes, paint chips and soil: EPA Method SW-846-7000B Lead (or other metals, copper for example) in drinking water: EPA Method 200.9 Asbestos bulk sample analysis via polarized light microscopy (PLM) (EPA/600/R-93/116) and/or transmission electron microscopy (TEM) (EPA 600/R-93/116 Section 2.5.5.1) Asbestos air sample analysis via phase contrast microscopy: IOSH 7400A Asbestos air sample analysis via TEM: AHERA Method – 40 CFR Part 763 Appendix A Subpart E Formaldehyde utilizing passive badge: modified NIOSH 2016 TVOC using passive badge: modified NIOSH 1500 Non-viable fungal sampling (Air-O-Cell) Microbiological Surface Sample (tape li Drinking water sample analysis for potability PCB Air and wipe sample analysis [end list] The due date for proposals is September 20th, 2022 at 3:00 PM EST.
