The solicitation number is 47PB0022Q0016 and the solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). A statement that the solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-87.This requirement is being issued as a total small business set-aside.
