The General Services Administration (GSA or Government), US General Services Administration (GSA) R7 Real Property Utilization & Disposal, Division (7PZ), has a need for Marketing, Broker, and Lease Management Services. The GSA, through this posting and attached Request for Quote (RFQ) and Performance Work Statement (PWS), wishes to contract for the Marketing, Broker, and Lease Management Services needed to assist GSA to fill vacant leased space in an office building located at 1600 E. Lamar Blvd. 2nd Floor, Arlington, TX 76001. The GSA intends to sign a contract with a Broker utilizing a commission structure to be paid through the proceeds from the sublease, assignment, or buyout (See RFQ/PWS for specific terms and conditions).
