The Contractor shall provide all management, supervision, labor, materials, supplies, equipment (except otherwise provided), and shall plan, schedule, coordinate and ensure effective supply and delivery of propane/fuel oil. The procurement method will be in accordance with (IAW) FAR Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR 13.5- Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Products and Commercial Services. The resulting solicitation will be a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The primary NAICS code is 454310 with a size standard of 100 employees. Please review all attachments in their entirety.
