This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. (Solictiation is attached to the posting) The General Services Administration (GSA), as agent for the US Coast Guard (USCG) is seeking proposals for an ALTA Survey, prepared in accordance with the 2021 Minimum Standard Detail Requirements For ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys adopted by the American Land Title Association and National Society of Professional Surveyors (Attachment 1) and all applicable standards.
