The contactor will be responsible to provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision necessary as outlined below: Complete restoration of the East and West Elevations/Facades of the building including all four sides of the Cupolas along those Elevations/Facades. This procurement is a 100% Woman-owned Small Business Set-aside. The estimated price range is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The NAICS Code is 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, with a size standard of $39.5 Million. The solicitation will be released on or about November 10, 2021, with a proposal due date on or about December 10, 2021. Technical documents will be available through the secure website via beta.sam.gov. Offerors are responsible for obtaining the RFP and all related documents.
