The GSA, Real Property Utilization and Disposal Division, Region 7 is in need of an appraisal of the FORMER U.S. CUSTOMS HOUSE & FEDERAL OFFICE BUILDING in Pembina, North Dakota. The following estimates of value are required: Fair Market Value Disposition Value (subject to a specified 2-3 month marketing period) The values estimates are to be based on the property’s highest and best use. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to satisfactorily perform an appraisal of the real property as defined in this Performance Work Statement. The contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract.
