The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror(s) whose proposal(s) represents the best value from the selection of the technically acceptable proposal with the lowest evaluated price. The project requires the demolition of property #1 93 Vital Drive, property #3 170 Main Street, slab and foundation on US owned property, and an option to demolish property #2 91 Vital Drive.
